Thank You!

Hello loves,

When Team FFP decided a few weeks ago to host this fundraiser for the March of Dimes, we had no clue what to expect. Last night, we decided to go ahead and tweet our followers to start author sign-ups to ensure everyone that wished to participate had more than enough time to write. Less than 24 hours later, 24 of you have signed up, close to 20 more have agreed, several of you have offered to write up your preemie story, and so many more have asked how you can help.

We're awed, and so very grateful that this cause is as important to each of you as it is to us. As the mothers, aunts, sisters and friends of premature infants, this is a cause that is near and dear to each of us working behind the scenes to put it together.

As mentioned previously, the website is still under construction. We did not expect such a large response so immediately, but we will have it completed on or before September 1st. In the meantime, we will begin posting fandom preemie stories for you to read. Please take a moment to check these out as they are posted. For those of you that have been through the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit), you'll understand what these babies and families have gone through. For those of you who have not, thank you for supporting those who have.

The Virtual Band is currently being set up and will be available within the next few days. All donations will be made directly to the March of Dimes website via this Virtual Band. Confirmation receipts should then be emailed to us so that we can send you the compilation. That said, please hold all donations until November 1st so that we can better keep track and ensure that you receive the compilation!
